About the President and Founder
Rachel Cantor graduated summa cum laude from Penn State University. Rachel is the founder and president of RC Associates, LLC, which provides recruiting services to growing engineering companies. RC Associates serves clients throughout Florida as well as companies nationwide.
Rachel serves on the Board of Directors for the MacDonald Training Center.
Rachel is extremely active in the Engineering community. She served as the Chair for the 2009-2010Tampa Bay Engineers Week Banquet. Rachel is the FWEA West Coast and Manasota Chapter Membership Chair, is on the Events Committee for Tampa Bay ITE, in addition to serving on various committees for other professional organizations. Rachel also serves on the Tampa Bay Transportation Supersession Committee.
Rachel is the recipient of the TBBJ Up and Comers Award (2011), Florida Section ITE Young Transportation Professional of the Year (2009), Tampa Bay Business Journal Young Business Woman of the Year (2007), Tampa Bay CEO’s Magazine Young CEO of the Year (2007) and Tampa Bay Business Journal Thirty Under Thirty (2005). Rachel has also been featured on PBS WEDU’s tv show, Small Business Academy.
